"Should be 0 stars like all the other non paid reviews! The only people that save money is this scam of a company. If your car gets hit by someone with this insurance save yourself the time and headache, pay your deductible and claim it on your own. Let your insurance company collect from them. There is no communication from them and they expect you to do all the work from their client hitting your car. They short pay every invoice and drag their feet on everything, then just stop paying for the rental. Cost me $1,000 to get my car back from their client hitting it. Parked. Got the Insurance commissioner involved and told me to take them to court. This has been ongoing since sept. 23. Will be seeing them in court and now going for Diminished value since the car was only 5 months old."

"I applied and was issued vehicle insurance on 1/04/2024. I was quoted a monthly payment of $127.36. I also excluded my husband from this policy. I have all the documents that I signed electronically. This was the amount that was agreed upon and my husband was removed. Then a few weeks later I received an email stating that I must pay $400+ and that my monthly premium has gone up. Now this was not what I agreed upon and signed. They changed my policy without my consent or my knowledge. They did not reach out or send any mail stating that they were doing this. I have called the company 3x and they said that I told them to change it. I was very emotional and upset because I asked repeatedly to speak to underwriting or someone that was higher up. A woman simply refused and said there was nothing she can do. Again I pleaded with her to let me speak to someone else. Then she hung up on me. This was not what I signed legally and agreed upon. This is outrageous. I reached out 2 days ago with an email but no response. Please can someone address this. At this point I’m not sure what to do because I refuse to pay this. And the office will not let me speak to anyone. I was treated very unfairly and this company is beyond unprofessional. If this is not acknowledged then I will be contacting my lawyer. And making sure every platform knows what this shady company has done. And will NOT EVEN ADDRESS IT."
"I only left a one star because I’m forced to. I was car shopping, picked a car- got insurance on it through this company. They are not open after five or on the weekend. However, I instead decided against the first car and purchased a different car from same dealership... Upon having the insurance changed on Monday- they are charging another 25 dollar fee for processing the change. In all my years I could change my policy as well as add or delete cars online through my insurance company. At this point I was told I’ll see if we can waive the fee- we can’t… I asked about being prorated or refunded my 90 dollars I had just paid and that was a no as well. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was placed on hold- lady got back on, they were busy… I advised I would wait and was told they are not available and the call will be disconnected I could call back before 5. I called back spoke with another agent- who states we are all the supervisor. I said well who decides if things should be waived or not let me talk to them- you can’t apparently “they” don’t talk. I paid the 25 to have my car put back on the policy. I will use this insurance until next payment is due in order to get some of the money I have paid out of it. I will be switching to modern insurance where you can switch vehicles and add or drop a driver might I add and not be charged 25 dollars. I hands down would not recommend this company- this is nothing negative towards the agents… they are doing a job. This is the behind the scenes you are not told about. So BEWARE!!! Had I went with my traditional insurance company this would of never happened. Lessons we learn!!"
