"It was a good haircut, but it's a little expensive when I can get the same good haircut at another barbershop. If Brock charged $15, I would have tipped $5 for a total of $20, and been a return customer. However, charging $20 is a little steep for what I need, and then feeling guilty because I haven't tipped makes it a bit of an awkward experience. I'll be happier to go to a less expensive place and give a good tip. It's just a nicer overall experience that way."

"I called them to set up an appointment for my son's to get their hair cut. When I called, they sent a text telling me to text, not call. I asked if I could set up an appointment for my boys. He said he was booked until Tuesday. I said well I'd like to schedule for then if that's fine. He never responded. I waited a while and sent another message asking if he wanted me to come in to the shop to set up an appointment and he wouldn't respond. My very first experience with this place and from the looks of it, I would never deal with someone so unprofessional."
