"No one at Service Desk at 5pm during the week. No coverage for staff and departments during prime shopping times. "She went to lunch" is the only answer when asked if anyone is manning the desk. I asked if there was a supervisor or anyone to cover the Service Desk during the person's lunch and response is "uhhh, I think I can get someone". Failure to schedule coverage means management should be on the floor during staff breaks. Bad organization throughout the entire store, starting with Management. Very disappointing, will not be shopping here on the regular."
