"The front-end process of obtaining an appointment was very simple - a few text messages later all scheduled. The day of the install, I had to call for more information only to find out the new windshield was damaged. They were busy sourcing from a second supplier and it arrived damaged too. Then they sourced a third windshield from a third supplier and it was damaged too. Tombal Auto Glass wasted my day as I patiently waited for their arrival - they never came to install a new windshield. I stayed home from work to get the replacement too. Based on my initial experience of Tomball Auto Glass and their inability to install a windshield I would not suggest this business."

"Fantastic fast-turnaround service for a windshield replacement, including recalibrating all sensors and moving stickers and EZ-Tag over. Honored warranty on rock chip repair that still developed a crack (full credit for repair). IMPORTANT: when you get a rock chip repair, make sure it cures in direct sunlight or it may still start a crack! I wished I had known this on a cloudy day :-("
