"I have been terrified of going to the dentist from horror stories I’ve had since I was a child. This was the most seemless, and pleasant experience I’ve ever had. The doctor went over everything with me extremely comprehensively and what to expect. He also prefers conservative medicine, and works diligently to save your teeth. And I was in and out with having an exam, radiographs, and a cavity filled within an hour and a half. Couldn’t recommend this place more highly."

"This place is AMAZING! I wish I could give 10 stars. I would like to first state that the front desk receptionist was VERY kind. The wonderful lady who took care of my insurance information and payment today was so kind! Dr. Ly, was truly kind, compassionate, and so very knowledgeable. He was so gentle but honest about my situation and I really appreciate how thorough he was. Then the amazing Jackie who took care of my dental work. She was so thorough, kind, patient, and very honest the whole step of the way. Literally, when she was finished I had to hug her and I cried. I cried because I was so nervous, and she took such good care of me. When I looked in that mirror my mouth dropped. Seriously, this place was amazing! Everyone was so nice. Even the sweet lady who took my x-rays. I'm so thankful God blessed me with this FANTASTIC dental office. I have NEVER experienced this kind of service. They definitely, go above and beyond! "It’s always nerve racking when trying a new dentist specially if your last dental appointment was a while ago. But, Dr. Ly and Melissa were very friendly and so sweet. They really listen to your needs, explain every step of your treatment, and take such good care of you. Pam at the front desk was so friendly and professional as well. I think I found my forever office!"

"Dr. Ly and his staff are incredibly attentive and take great care of their patients. The hygienists are very knowledgeable and Dr. Ly takes time to explain your plan of care, gives options, and will answer all your questions to make sure you are comfortable and clear about the next steps. I just had extensive dental work done and never once felt uncomfortable or unheard. Dr. Ly made sure I was as pain free as possible and his assistant constantly checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable throughout both procedures. I have never had such a great experience at the dentist! My whole family uses Copperfield Smiles. We are patients for life! Thank you, Dr. Ly and staff for a great experience every time."

"I highly recommend Copperfield Smiles! Great dentist and office staff. I just had my front four teeth done by Dr. Ly and love the job he did. He was patient with me and teeth came out better than I thought. I’m not going to lie I was hesitate at first because it’s my front teeth but glad I trusted him. I can smile with confidence too!
