"Updated as 2/13/2024: The doc called and explained. They refunded me the extra charge. Now I have to debate giving a 4-star or 5-star review.... ------------------------original review---------------------------- I don’t usually review professional services because they are supposedly professional. So here is the story why leave a three-star review. My kids had been with them for a while. We had their services last October or September. What I believe for a professional service is that they should be able to tell the cost before they actually process the procedure under non emergency situations. My kids had regular teeth cleaning and after some months later, I received a bill…. I simply don’t like this kind of business practice. I am not saying they are not honest but it does make me feel like I got scammed."

The front office staff are professional, attentive, courteous, and pleasant. My phone calls are always answered promptly. The office is brand new and well kept. My son loved the play area in the waiting lobby. Although, we did not wait long at all to be seen for our appointment. The dentist and assistants are very sweet and professional. They know how to handle children with care. My son was calm and at ease throughout the entire visit. We both left satisfied and excited! We have found our new dentist!"
