"Recently got oil change here. The techs overfilled it, so I called and told them, and went back to get it corrected. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. I dealt primarily with Matt. He was very professional, courteous and personable. Got my vehicle right in and adjusted the oil capacity to its proper level. Really appreciated everyone's level of customer service. Matt took charge of the situation and quickly remedied it. Great service team! Thanks!"

"These guys are great! Always fast professional service. They take the time to explain the ins and outs of the services and work completed. My experience has been primarily with Ashely, one of their office personnel. She has been very helpful in scheduling services and working with our fleet program to keep our trucks up and running. She always makes sure there is a ride available should there be a wait, or extended time working on one of the vehicles. Top notch service from Ashley and the entire team."

"I asking for a manager to fill a complaint and employee told me he’s busy at the phones. But he was inside the red car taking AC , I guess. Anyway he’s refused to show me the cameras and blame my wife for the tire damage. Employee from Scrubway wash give her wrong direction and make her to get the car stuck in the conveyor. The manager name Bob “ get inside my wife’s car and take out of the conveyor and damaged the tire and rim he refused to fill a customer complaint."

"I usually would go to IShine car detail on Spring Cypress. But I drive by this place every day on the way to work. I didn’t know it was open to the public so after some googling I decided to give them a try before I sign up for their monthly membership. The detail was a joke and my car wasn’t even bad it just needed a wipe down and I wanted to condition my leather seats. I waited over an hour in the waiting area, which was nice that they had complimentary drinks. When I opened my door to grab cash for tip money, my door had nothing but dust and dirt (wasn’t there before) I think when they were blowing the mats maybe dirt flew every where idk but I can say for sure they didn’t wipe everything down thoroughly as a “detail” should. When I pointed them all out to her and asked her to finish wiping everything, I asked if she wiped it. She said yes but said she did my car all by herself; I guess that’s the reason why she didn’t do a good job? I ended up sitting there for another 15-20 minutes to wipe everything down myself. It was such a waste of money and I regret giving them a try. Should have sucked it up and drove to Spring Cypress. Will not be doing my monthly membership here instead I’ll try Quick Quack. I do not recommend this place."
