"I had 2 recalls on my 2014 Nissan rogue. One was the jackknife key. The other was a wiring harness. I assumed they would replace both. Instead I was told to turn the key upside down when I inserted it. They said the harness wasn’t corroded so they did nothing with it. If there’s a problem with these two things why would they not replace them? The staff was friendly and they took my car in quick. UPDATE Don Franklin contacted me about the recall. The recall for the wiring harness was for an inspection. If it was corroded they would have replaced it but it wasn’t. For the key there was a fix for it but I didn’t want that because the key would always be open in my pocket. I didn’t know all this at the time. Knowing this now I would give them 5 stars."

"The technician hit a snag during his repair but the dealership took responsibility and handled it very satisfactorily. I would only suggest a daily update call since it took longer than expected due to a delay in obtaining a part, (not the dealers fault). Very happy with the end result and was done at a fair price. Would certainly use them again."

"The only 1 star I gave this place goes to the intake people in the garage, they are super nice and went out of their way to help with the first part of the situation below. (Code locked coffee maker.) As I went to go hang out in the amenities room, I saw an old man trying to make a coffee, and the coffee maker was CODE LOCKED. I had to then go and round up some random worker to ask for a code, after a while someone came to fix it. Immediately after the older man got his coffee, he attempted to sit in his seat and spilled his coffee all over himself and the floor. He couldn’t jump up because he had a cane and seem to struggle walking and getting up. I jumped up to get something to wipe it up with and help, but there were 0 cleaning supplies including paper towels NOWHERE in sight. I ran into the men’s room to look, ALL OUT, both towel dispensers. No one keeps up with the supplies, no towels to help this man, I approached the man in the main lobby behind the big desk and he just looked at me for about a minute , after I had been standing 4 inches from him, he didn’t even say hello, I had to sorta wave at him, I told him what happened , he hit me with a swift “yeah.” then quickly went back to work and ignored me. Absolutely ATROCIOUS customer service. Nobody cared, the old man had dry/hot coffee all over his shoes and floor and probably burnt him as well. Thanks Nissan for all your “fantastic service”… shame."
