Dye Trying

"I do not use Dye Trying as my hair salon, but she did run a tanning salon that has closed. She stated that we would all get our money back within 2-3 months and it has now been 9 months and we still haven't gotten our money refunded to us. I have reached out numerous times and she is always coming up with an excuse!"

"I DO NOT recommend this place at all. I had an appointment at 1230, called and text the hair stylist Cassie Crowe waited until 1245. I had a bridal session photo shoot in Lubbock, TX so I didn’t have much time to wait around. I didn’t get a call or text back. This is very unprofessional and absolutely unacceptable when you’re expecting to get something done in a timely manner. I got a friend to do it and turns out I don’t need a “professional” to do my hair come my wedding day. Now I see why brides try out their hair stylists before the big day, imagine if this was my actual wedding day??"
