"This dentist has absolutely gotten rid of my "white coat syndrome!" I had a procedure done at another dentist, and was in so much pain days after. This office was able to get me in a couple hours after I called, and realized there was another issue causing me irritation that the first dentist didn't even notice while working on the same tooth! Dr. Peoples made it completely painless and was able to get me fixed up the same day. The techs are SO NICE, and make sure you know whats going on and are comfortable the whole time, with no judgements. I've felt great and had no pain ever since. Theres been so many nightmares going to several dentists, to the point I didn't even want to go anymore, but this office will treat you with kindness from the moment you step in the door, and I'm so glad I found them! I'll definitely be back step by step to perfect my smile with their help. 15/10 recommend!"

"I came to Woodlands Family Dental, desperate, because I chipped a tooth on Friday. I called first thing this morning (Monday) expecting to not get an appointment for days. Carlene answered the phone with such a warm greeting and offered me the earliest appointment, which was same day at noon. I couldn’t believe it. She sent me a quick and easy questionnaire which asked general questions but included a question asking “on a scale of 1-10 how would you rate your dental anxiety?” I immediately felt so much reprieve because they cared enough to ask! My insurance was verified before I even got to my appointment. They showed me around once I got there and assured me I was in great hands. As someone who suffers greatly from anxiety and specifically “White Coat Syndrome” there was such an overwhelming sense of peace from the staff and the ambience. My appointment was at 2pm and Jodie came to take me back at 1:55pm! Dr. Peoples was my dentist and was absolutely as warm, professional, and compassionate as they get. The Dental Assistant explained I had anxiety and he immediately took his mask off and spoke to me like I was a person, not just a patient. He took the time to explain what happened, why my tooth chipped and how we could fix it. He walked me through the process and stopped to several times to ask if I was still okay. I will be recommending Woodlands Family Dental to everyone I know. I could not have asked for a better experience! Thank you Dr. Peoples and staff for making me feel so comfortable.
