"My father has been waiting for dentures for over a month and we couldn't get a hold of anyone for the longest time, and now we're getting excuses about "reorganization", then someone had a death in the family, then it was somebody got COVID. Still have no answers, no dentures, no follow up phone calls as promised today, and no plan for moving forward. Ridiculous. And I don't want a response telling me to email y'all..that has already been done multiple times. Take care of your clients who have already paid in full!! It's despicable to take advantage of people in this position. Edited to add..company is super quick to respond to Google reviews but won't answer emails or pick up the phone or return phone calls as promised. My father is losing weight without dentures to be able to eat and yall can't even give a response with an estimate of a time frame."
