"I was so disappointed with the dentist, Dr. Harry Joseph, at this office. I went in for a broken tooth, not an emergency though. Also I wanted to get a cleaning. After he assessed everything, he produced several pages of things to be done and asked had I ever had a deep cleaning. I know in the past I have been commended on how well my gums looked because I floss regularly. He basically told me he was willing to be flexible on everything but the deep cleaning which with my insurance still required a substantial amount out of my pocket. He never really addressed my main concern although I shared that I was worried that the broken tooth may start hurting. He had his own agenda. I left there just like that without any next steps in getting my tooth fixed because they were quoting estimates of how much I would have to pay on paper and I told them I needed to definitely know how much. Later I was told it would be two or three weeks before they could find out the exact price from the insurance company. Also with those xrays, they charge $3 fee for processing your debit or credit card. Thankfully I had cash. I will never go there again nor recommend them to anyone I know. Since then I have found another office which didn't require a deep cleaning to be done first and I left their office the same day with a temporary to have a crown put on the broken tooth."

"Absolutely amazing dental office! The staff was very kind and professional. The receptionist at the front desk greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked in and thoroughly explained my treatment plan at the end of my appointment. Dr. Joseph’s assistant guided me through her part of the exam and was very gentle when taking my x-rays. Dr. Joseph showed me my x-rays and did an wonderful job at explaining what was going on with my teeth. I am looking forward to my next appointment. Thank you, Red Star Dental!"

"I have so much to say! Everyone there is so nice. The wait is never long. (I will never understand why people go to those big name dentist just to wait in the waiting room for hours.) I have a child with special needs and a lot of dentist were not comfortable treating her. Dr Joseph had no problem. He is so good with her, as he is with my other two children. He is compassionate and doesn't rush. One of my children had their wisdom teeth pulled and she was having a bit of anxiety so he took his time to calm her down while the assistant was rubbing her hand. They are all great fron the front desk to the doctor. Dr Joseph seen my daughters shoe was untied and he bent down to tie it for her. They are all just so kind and down to earth. I will never take my children else where."
