"I gave it one star since the staff is patient and adaptable, but dental work is just not acceptable. I can not tell whether or not the dentist has cleaned her up since she was with a different patient and back with me after 30 minutes during my tooth extraction procedure. This is so unprofessional to walk off and had a patient wait. I do my research and heard Westwood Dental has a very friendly staff and is highly competent in dentistry; however, please beware there are many case reviews like Crown came off with Westwood Dental, and I do not recommend it to anyone because of my experience at this time. The truth is Westwood Dental is not a good dental service provider because when I was given another dental treatment plan an office manager/Dr seemed more interested in the money rather than in me. I went in for pain two years ago. Feel like they have done a lot of work, but I have to go many times. I had two crowns placed a little over two years ago at the Westwood Dental Sugar Land office with Dr. Nino. This time I went they did nothing at all on June 27, 2023, because I need a different treatment plan at Westwood Dental - Northwest 5770 Hollister. I decided to change to Northwest Westwood Dental at 5770 Hollister so I went in for a deep cleaning on June 29 2023 but my crown came off. The prosthodontist told me they shouldn't come off so easily and the tooth was shaved down too low and now is broken. I went in again for a follow up and the pain is still there. Going to have to spend more money to find another dentist that can find the problem. The worst experience is my toothache, and I believe something wasn't done right at Westwood Dental from the beginning."

"Honestly first time here, I am a sensitive person when it comes to dentist and this one did not care all around even the assistants were rough as well. Some of their equipment was rusty. They have very old school like things. When I was given the dental plan the Dr seemed more interested in the money rather than me but there’s so many more dentists that will make you feel comfortable this one did not."
