"I have been going to Asiri Family dentistry for more than five years. I have had numerous dental procedures done here like fillings, Invisalign, in addition to regular cleanings. Dr. Guzman and his staff are polite, caring, and absolute experts at what they do. I have come to trust Dr. Guzman and his expertise so much, that someone like me who used to be terrified of dental procedures have learned to relax knowing that it will be a breeze with an excellent outcome!"
"A family member was basically told that they didn't want her as a customer. She went to get a regular checkup and they tried to upsell her to a deeper cleaning, claiming she had a gum disease. My family member has had her teeth cleaned professionally every six months prior to moving to Houston and she was never diagnosed with anything related to her gums. She declined this additional service. After refusing the additional treatment, on a subsequent visit (3 months later) she was given the basic cleaning, they handed her some referral papers to go see another dentist " to protect themselves" and wasn't even offered a followup appointment. She was never even seen by a dentist. She was dispatched by the hygienist. You are only woth as much as you accept to pay in this clinic. It's clearly not a place that has oral health as a priority. Only economic gai. Off rhe.back of insurance companies. Pathetic way of treating customers."
