"Extremely poor customer service! Long wait times in empty lobby! I’ve had braces, oral surgery, and more cleanings to count…and I’ve never been to an office with such poor customer service and unacceptable wait times and unprofessional staff. I waited an hour and a half in an empty lobby to be seen today. I had to check in with the receptionist multiple times for updates on when I would be seen since no one was in the lobby. The office manager couldn’t offer a reason for the delay. When I was finally escorted into the exam room, we walked past the dentist, who was in his office with his feet on his desk. I explained to the dentist that I have anxiety about the dentist and the long wait and customer service were amplifying it. I was met with nonchalant response. I left the office after not being treated. I do not ever plan to return to Lovett and would rather go without care than be scammed (read other reviews) or have another awful experience."

"The experience here was the worst, my appointment here was at 3 i came in at 3 they made me wait till 4 to take my x rays and after that they made me wait more to get to my cleaning no one was helping the nurse was so unprofessional when she was taking my xrays the staff was slow and very unresponsive towards everything. I kept asking to help me fast but they didnt bother and made me wait for a very long time"

"I visited the lovett dental on 2/11/23 for dental cleaning at 9:00 AM. I had to wait for 2.5 hours. Then they do exam and estimate. End up I wasted for 2.5 hour then I was told no time for dental cleaning and they give me an estimate for $5000 to repair which I don't feel anything wrong with my teeth . Of course , 2.5 hours doing nothing then I made payment with insurance without cleaning . Now 7/7/23 I received the bill from lovett dental for $208 which I have made payment that day with my insurance. I am not sure where is bill coming from. Don't trust review here. They paid for Ads . Please look up BBB review. They got tons of complaint for ridiculous billing and terrible service. Some update 7/24/23. The owner response to call and speak further. The number he/she gave has never worked. I left voice mail never got called back. I have talked to my lawyer and he will get involved. Also contacted my insurance company , the billing is wrong."
