"If you talk to the manager here best believe you two will be talking in circles because he either doesn't know what he is talking about or doesn't even know what planet he is on. I asked him if its possible to set up enough time to do an evaluation and a root canal the same day, the manager goes into a whole irrelevant spiel about "coordination of benefits" and how I wouldn't have to pay a dime. lol. 1. That's NOT the question that I asked and 2. You assuming that I would have a zero dollar patient responsibility before even verifying my insurance policy or the codes you would bill with is a big mistake on your part. And just from the way you spoke on the phone, you SOUND like you would lie and backtrack even saying it if someone attempted to hold you accountable. Lastly, with the terminology that I am using, you can can I have a lot of experience in this field so I knew right off the bat you didn't know a lick of what you were talking about or just making things up on the fly."
