"Additional update: My 3yo continues to receive collection notifications although I have contacted Lovett and the collection agency with documentation of payment (actually overpayment). Lovett will not respond or pay the refund due to me. Update: I have filed a complaint with the attorney general and you should too! I overpaid them and they sent me to COLLECTIONS. Do NOT use this company. Look at their BBB rating of F!! I wished I had looked before. They are stealing from customers! I scheduled an appointment for my two children. I was forced to pay $9 copay for each. I was told that the $9 was the amount that the contracted with my insurance company. My copay that they have contracted with my insurance is only $5. The office refused to speak to my insurance company at the time. They are refusing to send me a refund and refusing to respond to my insurance company about the overpayment. On top of that, they keep sending me bills saying I haven't paid for one of the children. I've received 4 already and have multiple pieces of proof that I have paid and that I actually overpaid the price that they have contracted and agreed with my insurance company. Don't let them steal from you too! In addition, while I was waiting in the waiting area their staff had inappropriate conversations within hearing of my children. We had to wait over 45m to be seen."
