The Dentists at Town and Country Village 791 Town and Country Boulevard, Houston, TX 77024

"Firstly, this is the most friendly and professional dental office I've been to, but I had a bad experience with Dr Brenda Acosta that has lost my trust in her expertise. I can't find any reviews about her for some reason (although she has only a couple of years of experience). I went in expecting to see Dr. Rhea but was assigned Acosta as his replacement after his retirement. I did not research about her at first because I had a great experience last time and trusted the clinic. She performed 3 fillings and I had to come back 2 days later because I felt a sharp pain in one filling when flossing. After a visual look over she tells me it's just gum sensitivity and says to give it some time. I also tried to explain how the floss doesn't touch my gumline and she was dismissive saying how it's not supposed to hug the base of the tooth. And when she demostrated how far the floss goes she was forceful, pushing down hard, when I was already feeling pain here. I waited it out 3 weeks, figuring it's enough time to prove it's more than sensitivity, and I scheduled to see Dr. Bogan because upon googling him I found he has excellent credentials and feedback from patients. I felt he would easily fix this and I was willing to pay out of pocket since he's not "in-network" with my insurance. I like how he took me seriously and listens. He did an x-ray and discovered a big overhang and redid the filling at no charge. Pain is gone and so is that pesky overhang. Glad I went with my gut by getting that second opinion, but unfortunately since Dr Acosta is the only one that accepts my insurance here I am on the hunt again for a dentist I can trust for my future dental needs."

They were fast at getting you started, prompt and very kind. They were super thorough, did things I didn’t know dentist offices do and they made sure I understood what I needed to do to follow up.
