"Took my F150 in for a diagnosis, truck was hesitating downshifting from 3rd to 1st gear, a minor transmission issue. Left it there for less than 1 hour, they contacted me saying the truck was completely incapacitated that it would not shift out of first gear after test driving it, I “politely” asked them to not touch it until I got there. Drove there immediately and picked the truck up. Truck shifted fine. Definitely not stuck in 1st gear. Thankfully I was aware enough of this being a complete hoax of a diagnostic to not trust it. Drove off in the truck and told them to have a nice day. Would never allow my loved ones to do business here."
