"I was very impressed by this shop. I went in around 12:45, fully expecting them to tell me to come back because they close for lunch at 1. But they let me stay even though they had other cars in their bays. They currently require you to stay in your car during the oil change, which was new for me. But it allowed me to see them in action. They had great teamwork, and they paid attention to detail. My oil tank was extremely low - they informed me that there was no leak. They also suggested that I come back in a week or so so that they can monitor the levels, just in case. To summarize, I had the impression that they cared about the work they were doing rather than doing the bare minimum, which is unfortunately what I've come to expect in places like this. I highly recommend them!"

"I went in for a BASIC oil change with synthetic oil for a 4-cyclinder economy car. They never talked to me or asked questions. They had me pull in and started working on it. They charged me $81.97 which included a $33 oil filter without explaining why. They just took my credit my card before presenting me with the receipt. I usually only pay $9 for an oil filter. I do not recommend any female going to this establishment. I have plenty of male friends who use this place and never have a problem. Meanwhile, this is the second time I've had a problem and thought they had improved because of my male friends' experiences. A good shop should ALWAYS tell you they are about to install some exotic filter that cost over 3 times as much as a normal filter."
