"Make sure to ask if you are in network or not. I have been a patient for a couple of years and my employer changed my insurance provider in 2021 to which made me out of network. I was not made aware that with my new insruance, I was not out of network. When coming in for a follow up apt. the office still did not mention I was out of network just that I had a large balance due and today had to pay nearly $400 for two teeth cleanings when I checked out. Had this office been honest from the start and said something when I checked in, I would not have kept this second apt. and found an in network provdier. This is disappointing as the dentist and hygentist staff are great, the billing side of this company is poor in my opinion. I would think that the office would inform their patients if due to their change of insurance that they notify the patient that they are no longer in network. Just sad..."

"I don't know who these people are that have given poor reviews. Dr. Bethke is a fantastic dentist. His bedside manner is excellent, he puts people at ease. I've only ever had one hygienist that wasn't friendly and I noticed recently that she is no longer there. This is a great office with great dentists, and I would encourage anyone looking to give them a try. You won't be disappointed."

"I've been going to this dental office since I was a child. I made the mistake of taking my 5 year old son here for a recent check-up. Our dental hygienist was anything but warm and friendly towards my boy. Please do not take your children here. It's a fine dental office for adults, but not kids."

"I like/love my hygienist Kai and Dr. Harrison. However, I had to cancel due to illness and when I rescheduled I got a different hygienist and saw Dr. Benthke. No problem. But his demeanor was not one that has me won over, he talked about me to the he hygienist when I honestly told him that I was not flossing daily. His words were, "That's why we like you...more business for us.." He was snide and his lack of care and true concern was very cold. There are many ways to inquire about why someone is not complying with the prescribed protocol. And there are also many people whose lives have been completely disrupted recently. I felt like I wasn't important to him in the least. He didn't bother to find out why. I would not choose to see him again as my dentist. Dr. Harrison 5⭐️. Dr. Benthke 1⭐️"
