"No complaints about the quality and professionalism of the team. The low rating is because of the lack of visibility /breakdown of charges and I'm still being invoiced for charges previously settled. Stopped coming over a year ago. Update: Spoke to the team there (Barbara and Jennifer) walked through the issue, got to the root cause and was able to resolve. Very happy. As stated previously before, quality dentistry, just always be aware of what your Insurance is expected to pay vs. what they actually pay."
"This dental practice is the BEST! Kind and courteous staff with a great system to notify you via email and/or text messages for your appointments. Dr. Jacob is so kind and not only explains what will be done, she is very congenial and friendly. My interactions with her dental assistants, Gigi and Bea, have been very impressive. They are fast, efficient and take good care of you and explain what they are doing as they go. Truly a great team! The team at the in the front office and those checking you in and out are warm and personable. Every treatment plan is explained and all costs are gone over and you leave with a copy. I had to change from the awesome dental group I had been at for 20 years because they were no longer in network. I fretted about which practice to go to, and chose this one because they are close to my house. I would drive for miles to see them. I highly recommend The Dentists at Grand Parkway!"
