"My mother had an appointment for Monday and they cancel it. I called and they gave me the appointment for Wednesday I get there to find out that the office was closed without a notice. I called today because I received a text at 2:09 saying they give my mom am appointment for today at 4:00pm . and if she doesn't attend or call to cancel within 48 hours she will be charged $100.00. is this ridiculous or what? I thought we found a descent dentist. My mom was very happy but I don't like the fact that they play with your time. My time is Valuable as well! Are you going to pay me $100.00 for the times you have cancel without any farther notice?"

The rest of the staff is amazing as well they make sure that you feel taken care of while your there, they even have tvs in the exam room so you can watch while your waiting. I’m honesty scared of dentist or I was before I met doctor Jay. He is very professional but also personable. It’s like going to friend or family member rather than the scary dentist! I Highly Recommend !!!!!"
