"I had not had to deal with an insurance claim before my hail incident so I wanted to make sure I did my research to find the best location to take my vehicle. I went/interviewed four different locations. My first stop was at Katy Classic Collision. Freddy took the time to walk me through what to expect throughout the process and give me a general idea of the repairs that would be needed based on the damage. He was patient with all of the questions I asked and was able to give me an estimate for additional work I wanted to have done outside of the insurance claim. After visiting Classic Collision, I went to the three other locations and to say I was underwhelmed would be an understatement. I didn't feel they had the knowledge, expertise, or customer service that I received at Classic Collision. Throughout the repair, I worked closely with Ana. Despite my frequent calls to check the status, she was patient and provided updates throughout the process. I appreciated the company's hospitality, transparency, and communication during the repair and helping me navigate the process. While customer service is important, so is the quality of the work. I got my car back and it looks phenomenal! They even cleaned the inside of it for me, which was an unexpected surprise. Overall, I highly recommend this Classic Collision location for repairs. They really helped make a stressful task less daunting and provided me with confidence my car would be repaired well taken car of, which it was."
