"This was a very pleasant experience! I would recommend everyone to come here. I came to this location on accident. I thought my phone would have the right dentist office from my recent list. Instead it took me to the cypress location. I was technically a walk-in because I was scheduled for the Fry Rd location. I was putting in the correct address and I thought to myself the Fry Rd location was so bad why go back? I didn’t want to go back so I tried cypress. They welcomed me and told me they will try and squeeze me in. It only took them 45 mins to see me and that included getting financials done. Then I went right back for the cleaning. I had to take a couple of pictures because the Fry Rd location didn’t take them. The doctor was very nice and all the nurses, as well as the receptionists. Everything was explained in detail and they felt bad about the experience I went through at the other location. They made me feel so at home. I can’t wait to bring my son and husband here so they can see the difference between the 2 locations. I’m so happy my GPS brought me to them. I was dreading going but now I can’t wait to go back! I appreciate them giving me the experience I should’ve had the first time! Everyone was extremely professional, positive, polite, and the vibes were very calming. Go to this location it is the best!"

"I had the pleasure of visiting Jefferson Dental in Cypress on FM 529 today. I needed some work done last year but because of cost and treatment issues from a particular dentist( not the previously mentioned prior review ) it was put off. Waiting time was great, not too crowded and waiting area was nice and clean. Also a good amount of chairs and no odors. The staff at reception were professional and friendly. Their area was clean as well. The X Ray tech was gentle when placing the bite wings. The Dentist was Great, friendly and professional, he did not try to force any treatment I didn't want. As a professional he added a few things that he would suggest. We discussed how the treatment would proceed. The hygienist was great, very gentle, friendly, explaining after care. A very important note, when she took her hands from my mouth to touch the laptop, leave the room she removed them and donned fresh ones prior to continuing treatment. This is very important to me. I have had to request that fresh gloves be donned at other offices. They were also considerate of my comfort, asking all along the way if I had any questions. Pricing was also good, billing was also professional and pleasant. Very nice experience for the dentist."

"I wanted to give them 5 stars. The orthodontist and assistant were amazing. They took care of my daughter and explained the process thoroughly. On the other hand the people in the front lack customer service. The lady that come see you to discuss payment options put a bad taste in my mouth. We discussed a down payment. I was never given a receipt that was the first problem. The second problem was me being over charged 175 dollars. I never got an apology or a refund yet. No one even reached out to make sure the matter is resolved and it has been 2 business days later. I feel like taking my daughter back and asking them to removed the braces and refund me my money."
