"No issues with dentists or hygienists. Problem is with their billing department. Over billed on two different occasions at time of service. Extremely difficult time getting refund of over overpayment once insurance had provided explanation of benefits. Last incident has taken more than 6 phone calls over a 5 month period plus emails with attachments of EOB statements from the insurance company, but kept getting the run around, escalating and re-escalating my issue and nearly a year later the last incident is still unsettled. Needless to say I have found another dentist and you should too."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is a joke. They cancelled our appointment for 2 months in a row and when we finally we able to get in, no one had any clue about anything. Every time I try to call, no one is there to answer the phone. On the rare occasion that I speak to someone, it's usually just a call center that knows nothing about the actual office. I would never recommend this office to anyone."

"This is the worst dental office I have ever encountered. Hygienist and dentist were very polite. However, I decided to not go through with a procedure scheduled, and I am still waiting on my money back. I have called this office 10 times to get the cancellation paperwork. Each time, they said they are sending it now but never do. This has been going on for over six weeks. Save your money and go somewhere else."

"Used them on and off for quite a few years. Dentists and hygienists frequently change. Most recent work I had done was having a root canal redone. Six months after the reworked root canal the gum area was still sore. I told the dentist and he said that was normal. I know it is not normal so I went to a different dentist. Had it totally taken out and sent samples off a lab. There was a LOT of really bad bacteria growing in the root canal. My new dentist was surprised how bad it was. So will not use them ever again. I know from the past that if there is an overpayment they don’t tell you or refund you until you come back in for another appointment. Since I will not be going back I phoned to see if I had a balance on my account. I was told I have $31 credit due to me. She said she would get the office manager to phone me back. That was several weeks ago. I’ve phoned twice since then to talk with the manager and had to leave my number for a call back. Three phone calls and still no reply. I will go by the office next. I would highly recommend finding a better dentist office."

"I have a phobia of dentists. Today, I had to go because my front tooth was broken when I passed out. The front staff is human, they showed sincere compassion for me. The dental assistant was so sweet and so personable. The dentist came in knowing my fear. He took away my fears, and NOT once did I hurt. He was so gentle and just people like. I have a lot more work to do and my next visit with them is in a month!"
