She is fantastic, amazing, and patiently took her time to listen to my needs. The front desk ladies were friendly, professional, helpful, and greeted me with a smile. "Really sucks to be writing this as I really like Dr. Arthur and her practice for the past 2/3 years I’ve been a patient. A few weeks ago I had an appointment scheduled for fillings that I pre scheduled well in advance. After getting ready in the room I was informed Dr. Arthur was not available and introduced to a dentist I had never met. I allowed my filling to be done by the dentist. I’ve subsequently had issues with the filling and have had two additional visits to address the pain. My biggest issue is when I call the staff never has availability for several days or weeks. It seems like they are just trying to push me to schedule with the original dentist who did the work and I already made it clear I want to see my dentist. I now can’t bite bread with that side of my mouth because my tooth is in constant pain. I tried to wait it out thinking it was initial sensitivity but after a few weeks I’m pretty sure something is wrong. I called to schedule a third follow up appointment to see Dr. Arthur and the front desk is again insisting I see the original dentist or wait an extended period of time. The reason I go to Oasis is specifically for Dr. Arthur, she has the absolute best bedside manner and is always attentive. This is coming from someone who hates going to the dentist. I literally never miss a check up with her because she’s great. After telling them I just wanted them to refund me for the upcoming remaining services so I could go elsewhere suddenly she was available to see me this week? That not ok. I am now having to find a new dentist to take a look at work I’ve already paid for because water makes my tooth throb. I hope the practice works on how to handle returning patients with dental issues post services. The part that sucks is I’m sure if I talked to Dr. Arthur this would have been handled in a different manner and I wouldn’t be running around town looking for a new dentist. To not be a negative Nancy the whole post I will say the practice is definitely modern, always spotlessly clean, and of course Dr. Arthur is awesome."

"I was very nervous about going to the dentist because it has been such a long time. I knew I was going to need some work. Everyone here was so sweet and kind. I was put completely at ease. The Dr. was very attentive and personable. She was kind enough to squeeze me in and makes me feel like she genuinely cares about my dental health. The pricing and treatment plans are also very transparent. Everything was very well explained. I definitely recommend this practice."

The front desk ladies (I didn’t get their names) were so efficient, professional and NICE! I got a checkup and my teeth cleaned. Nidia is the dental assistant and she treated me like a queen! So so gentle! The dentist is amazing! Took her time, very very gentle! Great bedside manner. One of the nicest dentist I’ve ever been to. Highly highly recommend!!"
