One Dental Texas Cypress

"When I first came here everyone was very nice and they really took care of me and my fiancé we both got our cavities taken care of as well as other issues and of course our cleanings. I decided to get my braces here after very long thought I was considering going to where I took my daughter because they offered so much more but this place was closer and more convenient for me. They explained the process of my braces the day they were put on and at each visit. However over time i noticed there was no change in my teeth after MONTHS. The Ortho at one visit was explaining to me what he was trying to do with my teeth and I explained to him I was getting an im plant in the space he was trying to close and he was confused and unaware that I was getting an implant and looked over my chart and said “OH you are well that makes this easier then” so my question is why didn’t he know this in the beginning now my time with my braces are being pushed back because the orthodontist was unaware that I was getting an implant and was trying to close the space instead. I tried reaching out to the office to see how I could be compensated for their mishap and no response. I went in office to speak with Amy since I discussed my plan with her she was not there but the receptionist looked in the computer and saw that had I not mention it she wouldn’t have known because it was not in the system but it was on my paperwork. I tried multiple times to reach out to Amy or anyone who could help fix the problem and I’ve been completely ignored and I’m very unhappy I make my payments on time every month I actually pay EARLY before my appointment yet this is the treatment I get I’m very unhappy at this point."
