"I had an appointment with Cypress Dental Excellence last December 19, 2023, for a regular dental cleaning, but I was informed that day that they were busy and could not accommodate me, so I asked for another schedule, but the only available is January 2024. They should have informed me ahead of time and provided another schedule so that I would be able to use my dental insurance benefit for the year 2023. In spite of what happened, I went to the clinic last January 18, 2024, for a regular dental cleaning as preventive care; instead, they did the periodontal maintenance, but I wasn't informed, and the cost wasn't mentioned. Then I was charged for a service that I never requested. Before providing treatment for patient, they should make sure that the patient is aware of what to expect before, during, and after, but it didn't happen to me. I hope they resolve these issues."

The hygienist was very thorough and gentle during the cleaning, which can be hard to find! He answered all questions and made sure I was comfortable. The receptionist was sweet and patient. Overall, I had a great experience at Cypress Dental Excellence with Dr. King and highly recommend them for your dental needs."
