"We had been going to Morton ranch since we moved to Katy. Almost 2 years. Our experiences were generally great with the staff. Unfortunately, my entire family has been inundated with the flu. We had an apt scheduled for today, and I completely forgot. When the woman from the office called, I explained we had the flu and had to reschedule and apologized profusely. She was audibly annoyed, and I could hear another person in the background commenting. She mentioned a $50 fee- which would be fine. But, she then told me that my insurance was difficult to verify, that was why I would be getting a 50$ fee. Not due to not giving enough notice, but because I have extremely difficult insurance to verify. She informed me I would not be able to schedule on a Saturday again, (I didn’t ask in the first place, it was the first available- cool- but not necessary). I explained I’ve had the same insurance the entire time I’ve been with Morton ranch. I explained that hadn’t changed, nothing changed except it was a new year? This appointment had been on the schedule for 6 months. I got a text message about it and a phone call 2 weeks ago. We will be finding a new dentist after the experience today."

"I absolutely LOVE Dr. Mike! He made me feel very safe and at home. I have a fear of dentists and dental work (I had a dream once) and I’ve been afraid of going to the dentist for a long time. As an adult, I still struggled with that but knew it needed to be done for my health. I was referred to his office and boy was I glad I made the choice to check them out. Dr. Mike has a very friendly and warm environment from the moment you walk in. All of his staff have a caring touch, and explain everything thoroughly prior to doing any work, so that there’s no surprises. I definitely recommend you check out their office. Thanks Dr. Mike! :)"

I was in excruciating pain from a cracked tooth that needed to be extracted and from my first interaction at the front desk, I knew I was in good hands.
