"I normally don’t leave reviews but I’m so impressed with my oil change and with the Techs who provided the service. As a woman it can be stressful going to a new place because it feels like everyone is out to over charge and upsell me but from the moment I pulled up Chase made me feel completely comfortable he communicated everything to me and even explained why things were needed by actually showing me the difference. "Unfriendly and not accommodating for an oil change I paid over 100 dollars for. Initial told since I got my oil change at 1960 location (which I’ve been going to for years and is always friendly) I wouldn’t be able to get topped off at this location or my tires checked. I had to ask if the system were linked then the husky Hispanic man reluctantly agreed to let me pull into the middle lane. I got nothing I came for besides some overfilled tires and apparently a new account judging by the receipt given to me. Here is my old sticker from 1960"
