A couple of days before my appointment I received a text to remind me of my appointment. When I brought my car in I was taken care of in a very timely manner. "Extremely good experience. Thorough, helpful & very reasonably priced, especially for a European mechanic shop. This is not an "insert new part here" technician. John is an actual highly skilled mechanic with years of experience working on BMW & Mini. He's also willing to discuss his diagnosis with his customer, & explain things, without "talking down" to them. There's several Euro shops in town, but I highly recommend Shipley. They'll do you right. (Yes, I know my car is filthy. :-("
