"Went for oil change & definitely going back! I appreciate the courtesy of the front desk workers, cleanliness/comfort of waiting room & most importantly the very detailed report of the inspection they did which even provided pictures of the issues that needed attention (brakes/tires/engine belts etc). The report also categorized the severity of the issues. It was also probably the lowest I’ve ever paid for an oil change! About 1/2 the price I have been charged at other “quick change” places. Great place all around!"
"Great experience!! I schedule appointment. Everyone greeted me and accepted my vehicle on time. They offered me a courtesy shuttle back to work and when the car was ready, even offered to pick me up. They explained all work performed. Overall amazing customer service!"
"I took my truck in a few weeks ago for an oil change and was worried that they wouldn't do it because no other place would. So for years my son, my brother in law or myself would do it. I can no longer do it myself because of a health issue, my son no longer lives near, and I hate always relying on my brother in law. It was done with no problem. Steve was great by talking with all the customers that were there that day, and that made me feel like they really cared about their customers. A week ago, I took it back to be looked at for the power steering. I dealt with George in the office this time. I dropped it off for 2 days earlier this week for the work. When I picked it up I was informed by George to let them know things were going. As I left I informed them how happy I was with the service I received and told them that I was happier with them than another location I had been to several years ago. In being in the office with other customers and hearing how they spoke to us and being very informative of issues was amazing. The garage bays were a flutter of mechanics getting the jobs done and getting their customers on their way. Thank you to all the staff at this location. They are all outstanding. I called George today to let him know that things were going great with my truck."
"The employees here are amazing! Robert helped us at the counter and was kind, courteous and professional. Lewis the shop manager spoke to us honestly and with integrity. We took our car elsewhere prior to coming to this location and we were told the brakes were bad and needed to be replaced so we couldn't pass inspection. Upon bringing it to Christian Brothers, we found out we still had 6 months or so of life on the brakes and that shouldn't have been a reason to fail our inspection. We were informed by Lewis that we could wait if we wanted, showing us he had our best interest in mind and not his own agenda. I love this place and appreciate the exceptional customer service and integrity they stand by. Thank you guys, great job!"
