They took care of me right away and even helped me with a lift to a rental car facility down the road so I could leave my car to get worked on. Very nice people and very quick. "I have been coming here since I moved to Universal City back in 2004. I keep coming because they are fast - they are Honest - and they care about their work. They will fix what is necessary and then if they happen to notice something else, they will tell me and also tell me if it's something that can wait or needs attention. They call if any changes to their quote for approval and something, their quote is higher and it winds up being less expensive. Will & Johnathon and all their employees are great and I highly recommend anyone going there! Honesty is tough to come by in mechanics sometimes....not here!"
