"Went to this office because I broke a tooth. They proceeded to do x-rays. When I was done, I asked what my copay was and was told my insurance covers x-rays. Received a bill for x-rays. Was told by my provider that they don't cover the x-ray that was done. Why would you do x-rays that are not covered without informing me and give me the option to have it done. Instead you'll did this to charge me. I called to the office and spoke with the office manager and was told they can adjust it since it was x-rays and they do those the third of the month. I just received another bill for those x-rays. Called to the office and was told that I should know what my insurance covers, so pretty much saying it is my fault. How do I know what you'll are going to do.The office manager is in a meeting and will call me. No supervisor or corporate number to call. Poor communication and customer service."

My insurance was trying to deny coverage even though it is in-network, but this office helped me make sure everything was sorted before doing any services. Dr Garza was very calm and nice. "This location is going downhill. About a year ago they had a data breach and thieves stole mine and others sensitive information. Then, they've had to reschedule my last two cleaning appointments. Today I had a 1pm appt and they called me to say if I didn't move to 3pm today I'd need to reschedule. Their reasoning was they had a new hygienist who had a 3-hour gap in her schedule and wanted to move people around! Seriously???!!! Bye-bye."
