"Please don't waste your time even calling this office. They'll happily lie about what services they provide per your appointment, and then (for no reason) cancel your appointment at the last minute by calling to tell you that you were supposed to come at some other time. I never had the opportunity to see this dentist because of how awful her male secretary is. I originally scheduled my appointment on a Thursday at 3pm to get xrays and fillings. I let the secretary know exactly what I needed when making the Thursday appointment. When the secretary called the day before my appointment to remind me of the appointment, he told me I was scheduled for a cleaning. I corrected him and told him I wanted everything done, and he then informed me that they couldn't do it all at that time. WTH!?!?!?! The secretary offered to reschedule me for the following Monday, at 3pm. I was confused why 3pm didn't work on Thursday, but worked on Monday, but went with it because I'm a teacher, and I don't want to use sick leave if I don't have to. If he had given me a time which was any earlier, I wouldn't have accepted it. Since Dr. Garanzuay's office had already proven to me that they are incompetent concerning making appointments, I called back to verify that they'd be able to take care of everything on Monday at 3pm. The secretary reassured me that everything would be accomplished at that time. Let me recap what I went through to ensure my appointment on Monday at 3pm would satisfy all my needs. - I never would have accepted anything before 3pm because I'm at work - During the original reschedule call, I made a point to ask to ensure everything could be done at 3pm on Monday - Later, I called back just to double check everything could be done on Monday at 3pm Today (Monday), I left work in time to make it to my 3pm appointment. A mile down the road, I get a call from Dr. Garanzuay's office. It was the secretary, "Sir, we were supposed to see you for an appointment at 1 o'clock today." You can imagine how upset I was. I made it clear to him the events which had transpired the week before, and all the hoops I jumped through to ensure the Monday 3pm appointment would be sufficient to meet all my needs. All he kept saying was, "No, I said 1 o'clock. No, I said 1o'clock. No, I said 1 o'clock." This was clearly a huge mistake on the part of Dr. Garanzuay's office, which I would have easily forgiven if he had been man enough to admit his mistake, they had stayed later to take care of all my needs at the time that they scheduled, or offered some way in making up to me the inconvenience they had caused me. Instead, he was argumentative, rude, prideful, unremorseful, and ultimately proved to me that I should keep my distance from Dr. Guranzuay's office. If you're reading this, you should keep your distance as well - don't even bother making an appointment. There's a good chance you'll never get to go."
"Went to the office for tooth #2 crack on April 19, 2022. Dentist told me it need crown. It took two months to get the appointment for the crown installation due to 2x the dental assistant was sick and Xray was broken. Visited the office again due to my front tooth crack. It took 3 weeks and many texts (No response to the most my texts). The office told me that there was no response from my insurance. I ended up call the insurance and found out my insurance already approved the claim. I went to the office and showed the approval letter from insurance. The same person told me "No response from insurance" changed the story and complained that "the payment from my insurance won't be enough for lab work". I understood the reason then why I was in the dark and in pain because the dental office won't make big money and they are waiting for me to walk away to other dentist when I cannot bear pain anymore. Is this ethical? I decided to see another dentist as I am so sick of being treated as a beggar. This is NOT the end of the story. when I visited another dentist for my #3 tooth pain, I found out from my insurance that the Maria dental office filed the claim on my #3 tooth instead of #2. I called the office on 9:45 AM Thursday; the office told me they will call me Friday as the office was close. No one called me Friday (I am not surprised anymore), I texted the office on 8:36AM and also texted my insurance card. No response. I texted again @ 1PM, and here is the exchange text - "not in office will look at it next week". - Seriously? This is what I got for chasing two days to have them corrected the error they made?"
"Dr. Garanzuay Is such a kind and wonderful dentist. My two children and I are patients here and the entire office staff is so warm and inviting. They make you feel so comfortable and welcome here. They always check with your insurance coverage to maximize your care so you won’t have any surprise costs. Truly a great doctor with an amazing staff and would recommend to anyone without reservations."
"Hands down the best dentist office I've ever been to. Enrique always remembers your name, even if you haven't stopped by in a long time. All the staff is so laid back and ensures you're comfortable. Dr. Garanzuay is very thorough and kind. You will not leave unsatisfied or disappointed. I had some cosmetic dentistry here and Dr. G did such an amazing job. I've always been very self conscious about my teeth but not anymore! If you're looking for a dentist office that is personable and makes you feel at home, then this is the right place for you. You can always call or stop by for information and they will go above and beyond to ensure you have all the correct information."
"I cannot say enough good things about Dr. G!!! In the past, I have been afraid of having dental work done because the Novocain shot was almost worse than the procedure. She is the most gentle, patient dentist, and I can say that her shots are literally painless. I love the staff, and love that they know each member of my family by name. My two oldest sons (3 and 5) are patients of hers as well, and she is wonderful with them. I highly recommend their office to anyone needing a routine cleaning, dental work, crown, fillings, and any other dental need!"
