"My family became patients of Dr Lovett's over a year ago. Let me explain the absolute nightmare we just suffered through and will never go back, not recommend anyone here again. I had teeth that were worked on and I made a point to tell Dr Lovett that I could feel a gap in the filling and tooth last year. I was told it was fine. Low and behold it has fallen out and I've been in severe pain for days. I called the emergency line to make an appointment and the next morning the receptionist called me informing me we owed them money. They tried contacting us on my son's cellphone apparently. He's 15, they should have called my number. So in asking for my insurance I said I would find the card and was told I would have a call back around 1. That call never came. I had to call at 3:30 to find out what was going on. I payed our balance over the phone using my credit card so we are squared away. I was told that if I wanted to sit out in front of her office around 4:30 maybe I would be seen. Maybes do not work for me as I have a 2 year old daughter and I'm not taking a maybe. I asked if there was a definite time I could be seen and then at 5:45 was told if I got there for 6 I could be seen or I have to wait til next Wednesday. This is complete bull. I'm not going to wreck my vehicle for something that could have and should have been planned better. The people answering and in billing up front are a mess. You got your money so we are done with you. I would never subject my wife or my children to this kind of treatment so we will look elsewhere for a family dentist. Should have listened in the first place when I told them the filling was falling out now I'm suffering for services paid but not rendered."

"Doctor Lovett is fantastic, as are the other dentists here, and she really puts you at ease if you're a wuss when it comes to going to see the dentist (like myself). All the staff that I've met here are great at their jobs, and it basically feels more like going to visit some friends for a chit chat than going to get your teeth cleaned/fixed."

"We cannot praise Dr. Lovett's entire staff enough. Everyone from the receptionist to the dental assistants are curteous and genuinely concerned about the patients. No one ever rushes you through or leaves you waiting endlessly. As soon as you sign in they see you. I have never been to any other dentist or doctor who is so thorough in making sure that all your questions are answered. We actually saw Dr. Settam and she was incredible nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. We recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist who will always look out for your needs and not the bottom line."
