Weekend Dentistry

"I had scheduled an appointment for Saturday, and while getting my info the person on the phone said it’s fine that I could fill out the information later over text. They did end up sending texts about the forms, which I thought cool I’ll do these Saturday morning a couple hours before my appointment. However I unfortunately didn’t see the confirmation texts till the morning of telling me my appointment has been cancelled. I called to see and they stated it was due to that which I understand my fault on that. I asked if I could still keep my appointment and they tell me they already gave away my spot. They tried to schedule me for tomorrow at 11:30, but I have other plans and didn’t want to cancel on them if I took longer here. To top it off I couldn’t help but feel that the first I spoke to felt a bit rude in his tone and the 2nd guy a little condescending. Granted my fault for not confirming which is why I won’t give the 1/5. I’m sure they do good work most of the time, it’s just the customer service here rubbed me the wrong way. By any means I’m not saying don’t go here, but my experience wasn’t great already. I’m sure they have a policy to cancel appointments if there is no confirmation I get that and that they probably have had no shows for appointments. It’s just a bit frustrating when you do make your appointments when made and get cancelled. Overall below average for me. Update: Perhaps I judged too harshly and too quickly, I appreciate you reaching out and explaining your Strict Confirmation Policy. Again my frustration comes from consistently meeting my appointments without having to confirm , but I understand the concept. I will sure to reach out again and give it another chance."

"My husband and I had our first-time experience here for an emergency dental procedure. The customer service was amazing, very thorough, and informative when it came to treatment plan. Dr. Benjamin Ho did a fantastic job on my husband's dental work and we will for sure be coming back for any of our dental needs! It is so hard to find a great dentist serving weekend hours and we are proud to say we are patients of this dental office."

"I had an amazing experience! I went for a cleaning since my primary care is not open weekends and I needed a cleaning asap. The two gentlemen that helped me were Declan and Liam. They were very helpful with explaining everything to me since I tend to get confused with all things dental related! Overall, I am glad I chose this location and happy with the customer service. "Dr. Ben Ho was exceptional and he is a wonderful Dentist. If you are looking for someone who really cares about you and your care, I recommend Dr. Ben Ho. The staff Kimberly and Jennifer were very helpful also. Although my insurance was not taken by their facility, Jennifer filed the claim for me. I will always recommend this facility to everyone. Thank you Dr. Ho, Kimberly and Jennifer for the wonderful care that you provided to me and for listening to my concerns and taking care based on them."

"Like a lot of people with tooth pain it seems to come at the worst time. On Sunday the pain was unbearable started looking for a dentist found Weekend Dentistry. The saw me right away on a Sunday at 6:30pm. They removed my wisdom teeth and another tooth that it impacted. The care was top notch and because the service was excellent I visited them again for another tooth removal that Monarch quit working on. Weekend Dentistry took care of that bad ruined tooth and finally all my mouth pain is over. I recommend Weekend Dentistry fast and great Dentist who really do a great job. The staff is friendly and helpful. Don't wait if you have pain from a tooth. I drove about 10 miles to them very worth the little drive."
