"The dentist was great, but I was overcharged for services. I paid with an HSA card, which got suspended bc the overcharged amount needed to be refunded by the provider. I went back to ask for the refunded amount and got a rant on how charges never match up and instead of resolving my issue I was left with a bunch of paperwork showing the charges, and no refunded amount. So I either have to go back to the office again, or pay the overcharged amount out of pocket (which is my whole reason for having an HSA). It's a shame the medical care is great, but billing sure feels like a scam. This happened with almost every visit to this place. We will not be returning."

"I came here to have a root canal (done by a different dentist) retreated. I put it off for several years because my first experience was not so great. What a difference here! Dr. Bayat was great at explaining the problem and showing me the photos and xrays of the tooth. He was super attentive and gentle during the procedure and I appreciated how polite he was to the assistant. I had no discomfort during the procedure and very minimal pain in the few days following. I will not go anywhere else for endodontic work as long as I'm in San Antonio!"
