"Went to pick up school shoes for my kiddo. They had everything we wanted in the sizes we needed, all employees were very helpful and attentive. Easy in and out process."

"They didn't have my size but said they could place an online order for me. Great. Clerk got the iPad and had me enter my shipping and billing info. I handed it back and they completed the order, but the total was twice what I was told it would be. Them: "Sorry, we accidentally placed two pairs of shoes in your cart instead of one." Me: "No problem. Just cancel that transaction and run it again." Them: "I'm sorry sir but we don't do cancelations." Me: "What? You charged me double, and the order was placed 2 seconds ago. It hasn't shipped. Just cancel it." Them: "I'm sorry but we can't cancel it. You can do a return when you receive the order." It was an innocent mistake. I don't blame the clerk or the manager. But Vans is the only company I can think of that doesn't do cancelations, even one second after an order was placed. I checked their site and this is true. Buyer beware."

"The guest experience was tailored and not just Taylor gang but in reference to making you feel apart of a club or community, I thought was pretty cool. Found a great gold and silver vans cruiser decent for its quality! Valintines day they had a suede like velvet low top that was red I liked. As you may, the staff was great and had everything in stock ready to explore. Thanks yall! Uff."
