"Not just the place for shoes but also affordable clothing for men and women and plenty of places to sit down and change your shoes which I appreciate it tremendously! Organized and neatly kept clean with a friendly customer service staff gentleman who helped assist me in my mom and even went above and beyond to make sure I saved a few more dollars after identifying that the shoes that I brought we're in the wrong box and wrongly marked and save me some money cuz they were on clearance! They have a clearance aisle area for men and women that is easily identified in the corner heavily recommend checking that area out is totally worth checking their first! Elsa have a rewards program to makes it easy to navigate to store and they even found two pairs of shoes for my hard to find feet that were a perfect fit in record time! Was easy-going experience and will definitely be back! :)"

"I've been to this store since it opened a few years ago because I only wear Skechers and this store is so close to my home. Usually I am disappointed when I need assistance from store clerks but not this time! I brought my mom who has difficulty finding the right shoes since she has long narrow feet that are size 11 and THIS TIME there was a wonderful manager there who spent TIME helping her so I could shop and she had tons of patience and found two perfect pairs of shoes for my mom on top of it! Thanks Evette!!!!! You were a godsend! Seems like a little thing but it was a huge help to us! It made all the difference to my mom!"

She sat him down while she went all over the store to bring him shoes. She even helped him put on his shoes and he was able to find exactly what he was looking for. "I tried to make a return with my receipt, box, even the cardboard that goes in the shoes not a full week after my purchase, the shoes looked brand new. I’ve worked retail before and it should have been an easy return, but the lady took a glance at it and decided she wasn’t gonna give me my money back. Don’t know who was working 5/17/23 but I didn’t have a good experience. Just know before your purchase that what they’re running is basically a 0 return policy."
