"They broke our oil pan causing us to be without a car until they could fix it. That being our only car we had to find a ride to pick us up in Waxahachie and take us back to Venus where we live and we were late picking up our son from school due to this. Then had to borrow a car the next day to get to work and doctors appointments. Then after all the inconvenience of not having our car for 24 hrs not only did they still charge us full price for the oil change but they had the audacity to ask us to help pay for the replacement oil pan. Will not be taking our car back and definitely would not recommend their services to anyone."

"Travis, Zade and the other gentlemen at this location were amazing. Cool, calm, collected and so kind. I had a ridiculous wait at another location with poor staffing and zero answers. So I called the Express Care location to ask if they were open and they let me know they were free and would be waiting for me. They need a raise across the board, honestly, they are not a “corporate” location and you can tell. I got a full oil change and inspection done within 15 minutes. If you want great service and friendly smiles this is the place to go! I won’t give anywhere else my money."
