"Dr Berube is phenomenal. Her assistant is fantastic and the front office person wonderful. The only reason for the 3 star rating is due to their payment policy. You have to pay all charges up front and wait for reimbursement from your insurance. You have to pay the credit card transaction fee which was over $100. After a month of waiting, my insurance still has not received the required information to process my claim and send me reimbursement. I would have liked to be able to pay off the credit card before I was charged interest. My insurance has contacted them at least twice."

"As much as I liked everyone in that office, no one is ever excited about getting work done in their mouth. However, Dr. Berube, her dental assistants, and the front office made me feel so calm, welcomed, and were genuine in all their efforts. I had an implant put in, and they made sure to check up on me with a phone call and were available when I had questions. I had some pain for about 3-4 days… which is typical, so there were no surprises thankfully. I highly recommend Dr. Berube and her staff… especially for those who are hesitant about dentist procedures… they will take AMAZING care of you."
