"My wife and I switched to them because we got new dental insurance. I chose them primarily based on good reviews. Our first appointments were scheduled 2 hrs apart, the wife went in first. The reception lady was very nice and helpful. The X-rays took over an hour and required multiple retakes for some reason. The dental exam was ok, the dentist was trying to refer my wife to a gum specialist, she refused, because she is aware of her gum problems and had seen specialists before. The hygienist insisted on performing deep cleaning (more expensive and not covered by our insurance). My wife told her that this issue has been discussed before, with our previous dentist, and she just wanted a regular cleaning. The hygienist refused to do the regular cleaning. So, my wife walked away and I also cancelled my appointment. We will go someplace else, where the dentists and hygienists allow us to make out own decisions regarding what service we want to receive."

Second, my favorite dental assistant, he’s so funny and really great at making the experience better. Third, my dentist is truly amazing. I had to switch to a new dentist due to my insurance and I’m so glad I did! She’s so kind, very helpful, and really helped me get my cavities filled.
