Her front office staff is also very courteous, friendly and provides excellent customer service. Even the dental hygienists that work are excellent. "Booked a cleaning with Brite Smiles and when I arrived I was surprised to learn that they break up exam and cleanings into two appointments. This never communicated to me. Once I went in for a follow up visit to get some work done they had me numbed up and only then did they disclose they were going to do much more work than the treatment plan I signed last visit. All around the communication and professionalism was subpar. I will be seeking dental care elsewhere."
