Today I spoke with Allen and this was the worst customer service that I’ve had. He was very unfriendly and was barely responding to any question that I had. I had to ask if he was there because the call would go silent for over a minute without saying he’s looking for anything or any response at all. When you’d ask are you still there he’d respond like you were the most inpatient person in the world."
