"I have never been so frustrated at them more than today. Keep in mind I’ve gotten three vehicles from this particular dealership. I’ve dealt with breezy every single time and I recommend everyone that I have ever known that wanted a Honda to buy a Honda from breezy until today. I’ve always had issues with the service department but I think today just pushed me over the edge, with this particular vehicle, Ali told me that did not have an engine cover after one of my oil changes here I’ve never taken my vehicle anywhere else other than the service center because this is exactly where I bought my car with 0 miles on it I let it go. I decided to take the L and just keep on going. Made it a point to always check my engine after I got an oil change. I called the service center particularly to work with a certain professional didn’t happen fine OK I understand holiday time everyone’s busy. I went ahead and made an appointment early showed up to my appointment. I went ahead after an hour of waiting asked if we had any update on my vehicle I wanted an update because my two kids were with me and we’re starving. Ran to make this appointment. I went ahead and asked did I know the service advisor that I had which was in person how much longer just wanted to timeframe to at least be able to communicate that with my kids and make arrangements waited 30 additional minutes at this time two hours waiting. I went ahead and texted and requested that if nothing was started with my vehicle after two hours that I wanted my vehicle back like nothing with no care in the world that they just wasted of my time for two hours made my kids wait two hours hungry and their lobby with no care in the world. From this point on, I will never recommend anyone that I know to ever buy a vehicle here or get any services done here in this dealership beyond disappointed. Spoke to I’m assuming was the manager and he can care less about wasting my time for two hours didn’t even know what was going on with my vehicle asked me if it could be under any other name I don’t know what happened to them but every single time that I have gone, it has continued just to get worse and worse and worse!!!"

"Every time i leave this place im annoyed/enraged. No one takes the time to ever listen to me when I’m trying to explain what is wrong with my car, i’m always steamrolled by whatever unfortunate salesman i get stuck with, who proceeds to try to sell me things for my car that i don’t need. When i have something as simple as an oil change, no one speaks to me about my car after. Every time i go in i ask for them to check my tires while they have my car, and every time no one can tell me anything about them afterwards. They don’t tell me the results of the inspection that they supposedly do while they change your oil, and this has happened so often i don’t even believe that they actually check my car. This last time i came by i asked the salesman who checked me in and out what the results of my car where and if my tires looked good as i was about to have to drive to another state and back for the holidays, he fumbled with his words for a minute before telling me that my results would be in my email (they weren’t). If im standing there and asking you if everything is okay with my car, i expect who ever is in charge of my car while they have it to be able to answer that simple question. They don’t have to go into detail, they can grab a mechanic to explain it to me if its that serious, but if there’s something wrong with my car and i leave, and i have an accident because “the results were in my email” then that doesn’t help me does it. This place give a whole new meaning to “boys club”. Their disposition if you are a female bringing in your car is that you know nothing about cars or that you just got sent here by your boyfriend or husband or father or whatever male figure is in your life. I for one have had enough of being treated like a helpless/thoughtless female, and mentally preparing myself to leave angry every time i have to visit this place. I don’t think Honda will ever have my business again. **Before anyone points this out - I moved to Denton recently, so i don’t have a mechanic in the area i know or trust yet, and I loved going to the Honda dealership that was in my area back home. That Honda service team was always polite and kind and took the time to tell me if anything on my car looked like it wasn’t quite right and explain it to me if I didn’t understand it. It was my own hubris to think that Honda’s service team quality would be the same across the board**"

"Would love to give it zero stars, but am unable. Arrived on time for my appointment, overheard technicians saying how busy the "Express" lane was today. I waited an hour and fifteen minutes to just hear about a diagnosis for my car - it was a simple fix I had already let them know about. As usual they offered other services based on the initial inspection, I saw a great deal on a transmission flush and decided to do it. I asked the technician first if it would take more than an hour, as I did not want to be late for work and had timed my appointment accordingly, I was assured it would not. An hour and a half later I'm begging for an ETA. An hour and 50 minutes later they're complete, I'm over charged. Turns out they had only "quoted parts by mistake" instead of labor as well, I paid and extra $100. I drive away, already irritated and late for work, I hear the knocking noise from the bottom panel I needed them to remove - they had completely forgotten despite the technician claiming they had "removed it free of charge" I called and asked, they had no idea it was still there, he had no other appointments, couldn't fit anything in quickly the day after, and offered no sincere apologies. I left late, over charged, and without the original work I expressly asked them to perform. Overall poor service, poor communication, poor quality work."

"It’s crazy to me that this service department even is close to 4 stars. I’m telling you this DO NOT bring your car here for any service. Save your self many many trip and lots of time to go somewhere that actually cares about your concerns. I’ve had major issues with the steering with my 2022 Honda Civic (which has known issues) and I’ve continued to be told everything was fine. I’ve had my car well over a year and have taken it on long road trips. I know my car and when there’s something that does not feel right. I’ve also have taken off work multiple times for my window tint that they’ve screwed up since I bought it brand new. My car sat over a whole weekend for it to get done. I got a call that it was fixed and I went to pick it up just for it to not be fixed. I had to make another appt which didn’t get fixed then. It’s still has yet to be fixed and I’m very disappointed in this service department and how they treat their loyal customers who have bought 3 cars from this dealer."

"Went yesterday for the time to get an oil change. Appointment was easy to set online. Ali came out and helped me as soon as I pulled up. He was very kind and helpful. Car was finished as promised. I have more work that I need to have done to my car and will be back to this location as my schedule allows. Thanks Honda of Denton for the great service."
