"I came here to get my wisdom teeth removed. Everyone there is very friendly, no problems on that front. On my first visit Dr. Song said he could take my teeth out, but did not describe the procedure. $1661 estimate total for 4 teeth. A week later on the operation date, the procedure was still not described to me. Instead, they immediately prepped me for it with numbing cream and eventually an injected “anesthetic” (I don’t know if that’s the appropriate word, that’s just what they used) to numb me more. I was expecting to be administered gas, or put under, but I was awake and coherent for the whole operation, which I did not expect. I was also not prescribed pain medication, nor given enough gauze pads. 3 days later I am still in pain because I was just told to take Advil and Ibuprofen, which only helps for a few hours and doesn’t completely treat my pain. If you do come here for an operation, make sure to ask for a detailed explanation of it before you start. I personally would not have continued if I had known this is how it would be."
