"Ridiculous service, they have scheduled an appointment for my kids several times. If it was the corporate office or the main office. They have turned my kids around saying the doctor is not there for the dental appt, it will be next month. Their appointments have been rescheduled over and over during my child’s school hours. Brident Dental I’m Hurst is a disgrace and very very unprofessional!"

"Kayla in the front office is awesome! I honestly haven't had many good experiences with customer service at the Hurst office. Kayla restored my faith in this office. She was so friendly, kind, and very proficient. Whatever yall pay her is not enough!... She REALLY is a tremendous asset to the Brident company and the reason I decided not to switch to another office. You don't see that level of customer service anywhere anymore... thought someone should know!"

"Dont do it! I have not been able to talk to a human on location for over 2 weeks now. They were nice when trying to get me to sign a ridiculous contract with them and it was downhill from there. After two weeks and two personal trips up to the office i got my xrays and i'm moving on. Horrific customer service experience!!! Dont do it!"

"Stay far away from Brident Dental! They are as shady as they come and will bill you directly and still drain all of your insurance benefits for that year. I just received another bill stating I owe 1700 + dollars after I stopped using them. They do not do their job they will bill the insurance company and if something does not get approved they will turn around and make your problem. Very incompetent group of people. Please stay away. They do not honor regular cleaning they require you to do deep cleanings so you have to pay out of pocket. I received a deep cleaning,2 fillings and they pulled a tooth, all at the doctor's request. They would not touch my teeth unless I agreed to the work . They charged me 1500 out of pocket and added 2 years worth of dental benefits at 1200 a year and now a yr later they are asking for an additional 1700 out of pocket. Please save yourself the headache and go to a Dentist that appreciates your business. #cancelBridentdenatl"

"They only have one oral surgeon come in once a month. The office canceled my extractions 3 times! Then, the last month of the year, they said they don't even have an oral surgeon anymore. Another thing, they don't tell you on the phone to make sure you have them listed as the provider with insurance. They said they'd have to reschedule my family member since it takes awhile. I called to change it & it was reflected immediately & my ins. even faxed over the info. They don't answer the phone & it goes to call center & they are limited to what they can actually resolve. I gave it 2 stars bc when I did get seen a young receptionist was very nice & so was one of the male dentist. Not the Asian female dentist. One time, she left me waiting & never came back."
