"I wouldn’t take your vehicle here unless you were absolutely sure you needed your transmission rebuilt. I was charged $130 for the mechanic to call me and tell me that they would have to take it apart to diagnose it, and that would cost $2500. Well then what did you check for the $130 I paid. It’s no wonder they want payment prior to services rendered. What a joke! Oh and the office didn’t even open the doors until 15-20 minutes after 8. I was there at 7:55 waiting. The mechanic in the back ignored my knocks. The receptionist acted like it was no big deal how late she was. She even accepted a delivery from AutoZone while I was there. She didn’t say thank you to the man, or anything. A complete lack of awareness and consideration!"

I needed a complete rebuild. They gave me an estimate and started the work. I had the truck back on the road and it is shifting perfectly. Very happy with the service, communication and work done.
